Private Transfer: Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik

Enjoy a seamless private transfer service between Keflavik International Airport (KEF) and your accommodation in the Reykjavik metropolitan area. Whether arriving or departing, our professional drivers ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience.

Arrival Transfer

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. The driver arrives approximately 20 minutes after landing and will assist with your luggage before escorting you to the vehicle parked conveniently near the terminal. The transfer to Reykjavik takes about 45 minutes.

Departure Transfer

Choose your preferred pick-up time, and your driver will arrive punctually, ready to take you to the airport. For hotel pick-ups, the driver will meet you in the lobby and assist with your luggage.

Flexible Flight Monitoring

We monitor live flight schedules to adjust transfers for any delays or early arrivals. If your departure flight is delayed significantly, we may contact you to reschedule your pick-up time for maximum convenience.

Important Notes

For groups of 8 or more, larger vehicles may be restricted in Reykjavik’s downtown area. In such cases, passengers are dropped off at the nearest designated bus stop, usually within a 5-minute walk to accommodations.
