This quad biking tour takes you to the Northern Lights by the beautiful Hafravatn lake and Mount Hafrafell. You will also have a great view of Reykjavik, Mosfellsbær, and other nearby towns. We will also enjoy looking at the stars and try to see some shooting stars to make a wish for endless whizzes if we have to wait for the Northern Lights to show up. Join this tour for a unique experience of driving an ATV at night to hunt for the Northern Lights.
Your pick-up starts 30 minutes before the departure.
All you need is a driver’s license, warm and good socks and shoes, and warm clothes; we provide riding gear, helmets, and gloves. Double Ride is the standard rate in this tour, which means two people on each quad if you do not select “Single Ride” in the booking progress for a bit extra.
Bring a Phone with a good camera with you. The newest phones can capture the Northern Lights but not the old ones. We recommend iPhone 11 or better, the new Google phone, and others with night mood or adjusted with a few seconds of open shutter mode.
