Escape the light pollution of the city and join us for an unforgettable Northern Lights Hunting experience outside Akureyri in the north of Iceland. This winter, the conditions for witnessing the breathtaking Aurora Borealis are looking very promising, making North Iceland one of the best places to see them.
Each night, we assess the best locations to find clear skies and optimal conditions for enjoying the lights. However, please note that sightings cannot be guaranteed, as the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon.
We make our decision around 6 PM each day regarding whether the tour will operate. For up-to-date information, please call us at +354 844 8388 or email us at [email protected] on the day of your booking.
Keep in mind that pictures may not always reflect the actual experience or sightings. The Northern Lights Hunting tour is dependent on weather and sky conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time. If the tour goes ahead but the Northern Lights are not seen, we will offer you a free trip on the next available date (the second tour could be in a minibus or jeep).
If conditions prevent us from running the tour during your stay, you will receive a full refund.
Enjoy free hotel pickup within Akureyri for added convenience!
