We’re thrilled to welcome you to our Icelandic Wellness Retreat, where breathtaking landscapes, gentle movement, and deep connection come together. Starting in Reykjavík with a guided walk through the capital, we’ll journey through Iceland’s dramatic nature—chasing waterfalls, hiking in the highlands, and even snorkeling between tectonic plates.
Each day blends adventure and mindfulness. From rejuvenating yoga sessions and geothermal soaks to shared meals full of flavor and friendship, this retreat is about finding balance, joy, and belonging. You’ll travel with like-minded women and return home not only refreshed—but transformed.
This retreat includes a mix of easy and moderate hikes. Some paths involve steep or muddy sections, so waterproof hiking boots and a lightweight backpack are essential. A full itinerary and packing list will be shared before the tour.
Group size is limited to 14 participants, with a minimum of 6 to run the retreat. Accommodation is offered in twin or single rooms.
