Each evening, we carefully choose the best locations to maximize your chances of seeing the Northern Lights. Our guides assess the weather and sky conditions to ensure you have the best opportunity to experience this awe-inspiring event. The tour may take us on a journey through the darkest corners of the area, far from the light pollution of Akureyri.
We limit our group size to just 8 people to ensure a more personal and intimate experience. While we provide hot chocolate to keep you warm during the wait, you can relax in the comfort of our specially-equipped 4×4 Jeeps.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and sightings cannot be guaranteed, even if the tour operates. We assess conditions every evening around 6 PM to decide if the tour will proceed. Feel free to contact us at +354 844 8388 on the day of your booking to check for updates.
The tour is weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to cancel if conditions are not favorable. If we do go ahead but the lights aren’t visible, you can join us for another tour free of charge. If we are unable to run the tour due to weather conditions, you’ll receive a full refund.
